I am having trouble understanding square roots . help please

I'm going to assume that's a multiplication not a decimal point.

[tex] \sqrt{81 \cdot 49} = \sqrt{9 \cdot 9 \cdot 7 \cdot 7} = \sqrt{63 \cdot 63} = 63[/tex]

Answer: 63
